A recognized authority in defense acquisition and military capability development, Admiral Park holds a Ph.D. in Defense Acquisition Management from Kwangwoon University, a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Korea National Defense University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Naval Academy.
His distinguished service has been recognized through numerous Presidential Citations and the prestigious Order of National Security Merit (Cheonsu Medal).
As Strategic Advisor, Admiral Park will support ATREYD’s expansion across Korea and South-East Asia, helping strengthen partnerships with defense, security, maritime, and critical infrastructure stakeholders while contributing his unique expertise in capability development, acquisition strategy, and operational requirements.
