Her experience working with the Commandement du Combat du Futur (CCF) has given her a deep understanding of how tomorrow’s battlefield is being reshaped by autonomy, robotics, multi-domain integration, and distributed AI.
She has operated at the intersection of operational doctrine, technology adoption, and organisational transformation, supporting senior leadership in preparing armed forces for next-generation warfare.
This includes coordinating complex programs, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment between strategic vision and on-the-ground execution.
At ATREYD, Thaïssia will:
Support executive decision-making and priority setting across all divisions
Orchestrate our rapid expansion in unmanned systems and RAYN distributed AI suite throughout the world
Strengthen our collaboration with armed forces, industry partners, and international stakeholders
Ensure that ATREYD continues to innovate at the pace required by modern conflict dynamics
